I started in enterprise IT and learned how real systems succeed: clear owners, sound processes, and measurable outcomes. As AI matured, I shifted from building tools to solving business problems with them. I have guided teams through complex change, from first pilot to handoff, with adoption treated as a deliverable.

The turning point was simple: technology only works when it understands the people it serves. I founded EmpathyTek on that idea. We design AI that is ethical and human centered, with governance and data hygiene defined up front. We start small, prove value, and scale when the results and risk profile are right.
